Adam's Community Garden and Park will be developed along with a new 12 story affordable housing building in midtown Manhattan. The park will contain many features including a terraced seating area, a steam and water feature, community garden beds and a stone patio connected to a community room.  Both the park and the community space will be accessible to the neighborhood. 

Adama's is slated for installation in 2018
