Affordable housing rooftop

 
 

Design Wild has worked for several years with the construction development team on a new twelve-story apartment building constructed in Midtown Manhattan.  The new building opened in 2020 and now standing at its full 12 stories, contains 100% affordable apartments for New Yorkers in a wide range of incomes. 

This building is not just affordable, it’s also gorgeous.

 
 
 

Design Wild has been working on the open space areas which consist of a penthouse, shared roof deck, a second-floor roof deck, and a new community park adjacent to the building with a total of 10,000 square feet of green space.  The rooftop terraces include a water play area for kids, a forest and meadow, lounge areas, eating areas, lots of sunshine, and long views of the majestic Hudson River.
