Our Process

Step 1: Video Chat

We like to start with a 10-minute free consultation. In this quick video chat, we meet face-to-face to hear a little about your project and see if we’re a good fit for your needs.

Step 2: One Time Site Visit

During our fifty-minute site visit we will walk your property together and talk through dreams, frustrations, future projects and design solutions. We will follow up with our design and plant suggestions. This visit is available as a stand-alone service or as the jumping off point for our full landscape design and consultation services.

Step 3: Agreement

To become a full design project we’ll start with a modest retainer fee and from there we can design, consult, and oversee all types of projects, from full master plans and landscape design to planting plans for specific areas.
